Due to a shortage of Ghost Pepper we are changing the name and chilli blend of our Red Pepper Hot Sauce. Moving forward Red Pepper will be known as Habanero and will contain a blend of New Zealand grown Habanero and Cayenne Pepper. The recipe is the same, but the chilli blend will be different. By using a higher percentage of Habanero (Red Pepper was only laced with Ghost Pepper) this Hot Sauce will be hotter and will provide a 4/5 Heat Level, which was previously missing in our line up.

The Ghost Pepper we do harvest and/or source locally, will be used in our Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce.
